Dance / Workshops - Using non-traditional dance and a variety of music genres, ShamamMama Dee promotes self-expression and tolerance for self and others at recovery centers, assisted living facilities, team-building corporate events, places of worship, and public outreach events.

Workshops provide a container for deep, self-exploration with like-minded others. Workshops are created based on the needs of the community.

Individual Wellness Sessions - ShamaMama Dee is an artisan, equipped with abundant natural talent, a wealth of personal experience, and extensive training in both ancient techniques and conscious expanding neurophysiology.

If you have chronic pain, experienced loss, or suffered abuse, your body may be holding trauma, keeping your psyche stuck in the past and fragmented.

In appreciation for your service, discounts are offered to the Military, Veterans, and their family. As Peacemaker, let ShamaMama Dee gently guide you on an empowering journey from Victim to Warrior by restoring wellness and wholeness back into your life. Transmute PTSD into Post Traumatic Growth.
